[Samba] Problem creating new DC's

Chris,

     In Sites and Services can you verify the NTDS settings on the 
troubled DC? Does it contain "automatically generated" connections to 
your existing DC's? Double check your DNS settings on the DC as well. 
You should be safe to delete the NTDS settings and have the KCC 
regenerate these. I've had success with this in the past. Double check 
your CNAME and aliases are all correct.
