Just what version of samba4 are you using and on what OS ?

The version of samba-tool I am using has:

--uid-number=UID_NUMBER
                         User's Unix/RFC2307 numeric UID
--gid-number=GID_NUMBER
                         User's Unix/RFC2307 primary GID number
