We aren't able to access the share on the member in any manner we try.

The member server is available both in Microsoft Networks and through 
the Active Directory tools. When we try to access the share on the 
member (double-clicking the member server in Microsoft Networks or 
"manage" shares through Active Directory tools), it pops up a login box. 
We use the administrator's ADDC username and password and get access denied.
