[Samba] NT_STATUS_IO_TIMEOUT and join domain as second DC

Can you post the output of the join command, to see, where it hangs?
Maybe also with a higher debug level.

I guess you already checked, that there's no firewall or other security
stuff prevent accessing your DC.
