[Samba] 4.1.9 + ctdb: file server cluster for AD

Hi
Having tried hard with DFS (and finding it very trying), we had to give
up and to go with HA. We built an entry level cluster. 

There is a lot of badly explained/wrong/misleading information about
this. We've tried to explain it in plain English here:
