[Samba] Error 4105 TS Licensing

Last week I setup my first 2012R2 TS at work and saw exactly the same
message. I had checked the ACLs, etc. but everything is fine. The ACLs
say, that the TS is allowed to change this attribute. But I haven't
checked more yet.

If this is the reason/solution, then we should get this patch into the
official sources.

- Put the code into a text file (patch.txt) in the root of your Samba
source directory.
- Run
  # patch -p 1 < patch.txt

But at least this patch doesn't apply smoothly to 4.1.9.
