Very, very close now. . .
All I can see that is missing is a real loginShell attribute. e.g.
loginShell: /bin/bash

You can use ldbedit to add it manually, ldbmodify if you do ldif's or
the dsa.msc unix tab if you want to do it from windows.

That should get you there.
