[Samba] Unable to Set TTL for Name Server Record

     Wanted to update that I resolved this. When I created the NS even 
after specifying the ttl in DNS snap-in. Samba-tool showed ttl=0. Going 
back into the snap-in and choosing to edit the ttl after creation 
finally resolved with ttl=900.
