[Samba] Samba 4.1.3 native compile error mips (Could not find the python development headers)

Hello Sir,
 Please help me resolve configure error with latest samba.  Because
cross compile did not work so I am doing native compilation.

./configure --prefix=/usr/lib/python2.6
--includedir=/usr/include/python2.6/ --host=mips-linux
--target=mips-linux
