[Samba] samba4 dc ads build question : ADS / samba-tool seleted to be installed if _samba4_libraries ( --bundled-libraries= ) not exclude heimdal ?

I am got an currios issue , samba-tool.8 written but the samba4 ads tools not.
i am use andreas ´s samba4.1.3-fc20.spec  as base 

Q;  been the ADS / samba-tool  seleted to be installed if _samba4_libraries (  --bundled-libraries= ) not exclude  heimdal  ?
