[Samba] update 4.0 to 4.1

Usually:
- take a backup with samba_backup
- copy configuration files from SAMBA_HOME/etc/
- stop any samba process running
- compile the new version of samba
- install the new version
- start the service

Howerver, cleaning first the samba home path (usually /usr/local/samba)
might be also a good idea prior to performing the install step.
