[Samba] Error NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_REFUSED (was :Classicupgrade loses shares ?)

Ok, 

this looks all good. 

check the hosts file, the servername should nog be at 127.x.x. 
so only.
127.0.0.1       localhost localhost.localdomain
IP		    FQDN hostname

your problem is in the dns, thats for sure. 
if this a member server of "AD DC" server
