[Samba] Admin users logging as standard users

Hello everyone 

I' recently upgraded a samba 3.2.5 to 3.6.22 from Sernet repository, everything working fine except for when i login with any admin user from any windows machine, it logs as standard user without administrative privileges and the profile folder owner is assigned with 'root' instead of the profile user , i tried to recreate the groupmap Domain Admins but the problems persists, any suggestions ?
