[Samba] Please share your mail setup with me if you are running samba4

I built a samba4/qmail-ldap/dovecot/davical/other setup that has all the
basic features of an exchange server, with more besides.  it has been in
production for over 1 year and proved stable and reliable.  I documented
the sandbox environment here:
