[Samba] AD and Linux UID/GID best practices.

samba tool appears to not allow you to do it correctly by binding it to a
nis domain though.
so I have to come back to the windows ADUC snapin to set that up properly
before the system sees them properly.

would be nice if samba-tool allow the unix element to be created exactly
the same as ADUC does to ensure consistency between tools.
