OK, so give each domain user a uid:gid pair as uidNumber and gidNumber
attributes under their DN and use nss to map that onto the Linux file
system. There are many ways to do that. We use sssd, but winbind,
nss-ldapd, nss-ldap and Likewise can also be used to do the same thing.
