[Samba] Samba4 AD add Users via Rsat failed

Hello,

I am testing an Samba4 Ad in my local enviroment.
Connecting to the Server and login in from an Windows Machine works fine 
but if I try to change my password or add a new User via Rsat I recieve 
an error that the password could not be changed because the file was not 
found.

I would be glad if anyone could show me what i did wrong :)

Here is my smb.conf :
