You have installed samba 4 on Archlinux

have you provisioned samba 4 ?

if so, you start the samba daemon, this will start the smbd daemon. To 
run an S4 AD DC, you do not start the smbd, nmbd and winbindd deamons, 
the samba deamon has builtin versions of the nmbd & winbind deamons.
