[Samba] Dovecot authentication LDAP SSL-TLS againts SAMBA4

I have done this. Maybe not the way you are wanting, but I have it
working. I believe I have posted things to the Dovecot list on how to do
this as well as here (here may not have been done).

Search for my name as I may have been using a different email address at
the time.
