[Samba] ocfs2 problem on ctdb cluster

you can inserted this line inside /etc/network/interfaces
post-up /etc/init.d/o2cb online ocfs2
see: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ocfs2-tools/+bug/481795
looks like an old bug..
