[Samba] DNS questions

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the internal DNS backend of Samba 4.1 better.
I've noticed that most (about 30) of our client machines have just an
AAAA record, but not an A record. Only two of the client machines get
both an AAAA and an A record. I'd appreciate some insight on this
issue:
- Why do most machines just get an AAAA record, but not an A record?
- Is it safe to manually add an A record for those machines which have
only an AAAA record?
