[Samba] Samba 3.5 loses local master browser election to Win7 32bits

this is what i have , sorry, i missed that.. 
works for me with win7 32/64bit and win8.1 

	  wins support = yes
        os level = 240
        lm announce = Auto
        lm interval = 60
        preferred master = Yes
        local master = Yes
        domain master = Yes
        browse list = Yes
        enhanced browsing = Yes
