[Samba] samba4 don't create dns record on addtional domain controller

Dear all

I created additional domain controller and replication (AD, DNS...) is
successfully.

When Primary DC is down, PCs can join domain by using Addtional Domain
Controller but it don't create DNS record (A, PTR) on Additional DC (on
both test cases: seize and don't seize all roles from Primary DC)

Could you please help me fix it?
