[Samba] Log files not creating after deletion

Hi,

(Observed in all versions of samba)

I am deleting all the samba log files from log directory. After the service
restart only the log files are created back.

But if I don't restart service why the log files are not creating. Even
though the samba service is running...

If I browse the share then only log.smbd is creating...

Is there wrong in my question..?
