[Samba] dhclient, resolv.conf

Just wondered if anybody has any tips on setting up dhcp and resolv.conf for samba servers as a dhcp client.

I always get confused at this point as hosts contains hostname and domain

Then dhcp adds the domain and search to resolv.conf

If have just edited dhclient to supersede domain-name-servers 127.0.0.1;

Would be great if dhclient could accept variables but with debian7 it just seems its a static file..

I get the feeling 127.0.0.1 isn't a great solution but it works.

Any great tips out there :)
