[Samba] Unable to remove orphan DC entries

Sadly, I've tried that and it doesn't see the dc, only the one active 
one.  I've spent days scouring adsiedit for any traces of it and there 
aren't any.  I'm at a loss as to where to look next. Tried every 
metadata util clean I can find and nothing sees it, and yet its somwhere 
because its in the error for drs replication.
