[Samba] Samba AD - Unix attributes problem

did you join the domain with the PC where your using MMC console? 
is dns at the pc pointed to the DC? 
whats the time on your pc and server. make sure it is with 1 min the same. 
now, try to login as Administrator on the domain after the join and try again.
