[Samba] samba 4.1 CTDB

yes, I'm using the 1.0.114 sernet provided ctdb packages with 4.1 and it
works ok, failover occurs but any active I/O does get disrupted (except for
deletes and possibly metadata operations), clients don't have to
reconnect/remap though.
