Updated the sysvol replication scripts.

# 2014-03-31 : 0.2 : bugfixes.  added rsync for extended attribs copy, combined with unison.
# 2014-04-01 : 0.3 : bugfixes.  added pause command before ssh check, remove the forgotten # before needed commands, sed bug fix in variable.
