[Samba] Migrate samba 3.4.17 from i686 to x86_64

Hello, I need to migrate our current pdc based on samba-3.4.17 which
is installed on CentOS-5.9

# uname -a
Linux pdc.example.net 2.6.18-348.16.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Aug 21 04:03:57
EDT 2013 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

To the new server, that will be have 8 Gb of RAM. And I want to
migrate to x86_64 architecture.

My question is: can I just copy /var/lib/samba and /var/lib/ldap from
old server (i686) to the new one (x86_64) ?

P.S.
on both of servers are installed the same software
