[Samba] manpage Samba4

Strongly consider using by SRPM and RPM building toolchain at
https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo amd
https://github.com/nkadel/samba4repo. It is my friend for building the full
Samba 4.0.x toolsuite for RHEL 6 based operating systems.
