[Samba] Samba Replication issues

Hi,

I have a questions regarding Samba 4.0.10.
Currently I am using two Samba 4.0.10 custom build installations which 
work fine in all cases except that every ~7 days I have to restart the 
servers since for some reason replication stops working. To be exact 
usually it fails in direction from backup(non FSMO and DNS) to 
master(the one acting as FSMO server and DNS server for all local 
computers).
Is there a way to restart replication without interrupting other samba 
services?
