[Samba] cannot add dc to samba v4.1

i didn't mention that the database objects to examine are 49000. so i don't
now if the reason it fails is a memory leak, too many objects, or both
anyway i will run the samba-tool dbcheck (i have backup of the virtual
machine) under valgrind today
