[Samba] creating an ubuntu package of version 4.1.0

Hi Harry,

     sadly I'm to busy at the moment, to continue on this project... 
I've somehow succeeded on building an 4.1.0 package for ubuntu, but I 
was too swamped, to test it and I won't install it to our live 
environment untestet... it's a pity. However, if you're still into this, 
you can download my debian config here:

it should work for debian too. I still have some uninstalled man-files:

dh_install --sourcedir=/home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp --list-missing
dh_install: usr/share/man/man8/vfs_linux_xfs_sgid.8 exists in /home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_install: usr/share/man/man8/vfs_syncops.8 exists in /home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_install: usr/share/man/man8/samba-regedit.8 exists in /home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_install: usr/share/man/man8/idmap_rfc2307.8 exists in /home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
dh_install: usr/share/man/man8/vfs_btrfs.8 exists in /home/nils/build8/samba/debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere

The configuration of the libntdb package is just a temporary fix and 
still gives out some warnings...
