[Samba] Ntlm auth issue

You need to work out where the blockage is.  Does wbinfo -a fail in the
same way?  Does a network trace on the server show a SamLogon call
outstanding and not returning?  Does wbinfo -P work?

With this info, it should be much clearer where you issues lie.
