[Samba] Samba 3.6.13 configuration file issue

This is my issue report for 3.6.13 version. Looking at the thread posts, it is a common issue. After some test what I found is that samba (only 3.6.13 version) in share mode completely ignores the "force user" and "force group" directives.
Please add this to the bug tracking system, I don't have a bugzilla account and I think it would be ridiculous creating it only for one issue report.
