This time i have setup Samba4 on new test server but im still getting the
same error message:

# /usr/local/samba/bin/samba-tool domain classicupgrade --dbdir=/samba3/
 --use-xattrs=yes --realm=mydomain.com /samba3/smb.conf
 --dns-backend=BIND9_DLZ

Reading smb.conf
Provisioning
smbldap_search_domain_info: Searching
