[Samba] removing dead samba4 dc

Upping the log level to 4 increases the verbosity as expected but I
can't tie any log activity with the action of trying to remove the DC
using ADUC.  IE when tailing the logs (and excluding dns_query forward
events) I cannot see anything logged at the point I try to delete the
object in ADUC.
