[Samba] Trouble Building RPMS v3.6.16

      Those look like errors from rpm not finding those files to package.

I.e. you told samba not to build them -- it didn't.  But you you are using
rpm -- did you tell rpm you weren't including them?

(i.e. need to be removed from rpmspec file)
