[Samba] Move from roaming to local profiles

I did as you said and changed permissions on the files and registry. Still when I logged in as the user on the new domain it created a username.NEWDOMAIN folder. It's not a big deal if I have to do it the way I was able to make it work. Kind of cuts down on the user profile garbage.
