[Samba] Windows 7 folder redirection

Is there a way to have folders redirected to a server share automatically? If not possible for existing users with existing data would it be possible for new users with a fresh install? We are moving to local profiles but I would still like stuff like the users My Documents and Desktop to be on the server so it is backed up every night with our servers.
