[Samba] Samba 4 on AIX with XLC

Hee hee... that worked.  Got samba 4 compiled, so, for the record, gettext is absolutely required.
I also had to use xlC_r (note the capital C) as the compiler, since XLC will choke on using C++-style comments in straight C code.
