I'm really sorry, but I've tried a couple of times to make sense of what
you have written above, but I just can't.

Please can you clearly state:

For your testing domain or configuration:
 - What was working
 - What was not working
 - What you changed
 - What is now working

For your attempt to apply this to your production domain:
 - What is working
 - What is not working
 - What was working but is now not working
 - What you have attempted to do to fix it
