[Samba] HOWTO add static entries to WINS

Hi all.
I want to add static entries to wins.I look over the book
<Samba-HOWTO-Collection> for the v3.2 of samba. That tell me "All you have
to do is add a line to wins.dat". I try this. But we should shutdown the
nmbd,and then start nmbd. I want to stop the service.
Later, I find this websie "

the wins.tdb ,that says "This retains all manually configured WINS entries.
Manual setting can be done use the net utility".But I don't know how to use
the net command to do that.

What can I do with samba4 or 3??
