[Samba] How many memory do I need with the samba4 dc?

Im running a dedicated XEN VM for samba 4, 512MB Ram.  ( sernet samba 4.1.3 with bind9.8 )

Mem:           495        388        107          0          3         50
-/+ buffers/cache:        334        161
Swap:         1429        153       1276

no os optimalization is done, minimal install no adjustment to swappins
processes running, samba4, bind9, sshd, ntp, dbus, rpcbind, rsyslog, udev and cron. 

Im still testing, when ready im guessing i need about 2Gb ram for each VM. 
target groups/users is about 100/120.
