[Samba] CTDB question

I currently have samba version 3.6.9 running on Ubuntu 13.04. Does this
package come precompiled with  --with-ctdb option? If not, I would like to
build it but the directions on http://ctdb.samba.org/building.html page is
not too clear on samba3.

I downloaded source samba-3.6.21 but I don't see any directory called
"samba_3_0_ctdb" Can someone shed some light on this please?
