[Samba] Locked out of Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

Boot single mode/safe mode (press Shift while booting your box). Once
you get a prompt, run pam-auth-update. If asked, answer yes to
overwrite changes. Select unix, and optionally, if available, gnome
keyring and consolekit. Accept and reboot.
