[Samba] Replication issue

I checked and the ping didn't work, but after adding and entry in /etc/hosts for all servers and verifying the ping and host are correct, I still get the same behavior. ncssamba2 reports success for replication with ncssamba1, but ncssamba1 reports failures with ncssamba2.

Take a look at this bug: https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=822414
Try pinging the host entry rather than just resolving it, you may need
to add an entry to the hosts file to get around this issue.
