[Samba] Speed differences for windows clients

Try the following. 
Since Win7 does traffic shaping. 

in adminstrative dos box. 
run 
netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled 

( the original setting is : netsh interface tcp set global autotuningl=normal  ) 
and test again.
