[Samba] cifs question about home dir sharing.

Hai, 
 
I have a question. 
 
i want to mount my users home dir with cifs 
 
met setup is like this. 
 
PDC 
/home/users/MYSMBUSERS 
 
now i want on my other server also mount these users. 
 
like this on BDC 
( in etc/fstab ) 
//192.168.249.226/users         /home/users     cifs credentials=/etc/samba/smbcredentials          0       0

Is it possible to preserve user rights like this. 
 
If i now look on the BDC all my users are root:root and not USERNAME:Domain Users 
 
of do i need to use NFS for this, i prefer cifs .
